I didn't get out to see many movies for this weekend's slate of new releases. Just one, and it was a stinker.
* Flight, starring Denzel Washington and directed by Robert Zemeckis. Apparently even turkeys can fly upside down.
The much better choice if you live in Portland is to attend the Alfred Hitchcock festival at Cinema 21. Here is what I wrote up for the Mercury. I mean, come on. Only one of these options has Kim Novak!
